Sonoma Grill: A Flavorful Spot for Pizza, Burgers, and Live Music

Was happy the hotel had this as an option for dining. The menu offered a good selection of pasta, pizzas, wraps, salads and more. You can expect big portions, friendly staff, and quick service. My only issue was my chicken was a little dry.

Stayed at the hotel attached to this restaurant so I figured I would give it a try, out of convenience. I stood at the hostess desk for 10 minutes at least 3 servers walked past me I had to seat myself.So I found a seat at the Bar ordered the crab cake app and the steak dinner Both came out in reasonable time the bartender was attentive and polite.overall not a horrible experience I would come back if I stayed at the hotel again.

My ASR riding group had there holiday party at Sonoma Grill on 12/06/25. The party was so much fun that other folks from the restaurant wanted to join is...lol Thank you Annamarie and Steve Bruno for picking out an awesome spot for our gathering. The Service provided by our waitress was phenomenal!! She went above and beyond. Im not sure how she did it....because it was quite a big group for one server. She had some assistance from the bus boys. However, from my own experience as a waitress....she worked her tail off! Hope you all attachments Sonoma Grill have an awesome holiday!!! xo

I finally got the opportunity to go back to Sonoma Grill. I say go back because our first time there was for an after party from a wedding we attended. I did not eat much then, just had a beer. We enjoyed it so much that I said to my wife that we have to come and try Sonoma for dinner. So….. here’s my review! We meet friends at Sonoma this past Monday. Toni was our waitress. Toni was spot on with her service, suggestions and personality. She took great care of us and made some awesome suggestions. We were there for happy hour so I was very happy about the $5 draft beer as well as the other drink specials. And, Half price pizza!!!! We started our dinner with the meat pizza! Oh baby I have to tell you, the pizza was amazing, delicious and sardine in size. The crust was so fluffy and crunchy as well. I really enjoyed this pizza and I’m a person who owns his own brick oven in my yard. So pizza is a big deal for me! For dinner, our friend ordered the colossal grilled chicken wrap after seeing one go by our table. That thing caught all of our eyes!!! My wife had the grilled chicken ( do not recall the name but check out my photos). I ordered the shrimp parmigiana. I have just one word to describe this….. WOW! This dish was so delicious and plenty of huge shrimp. There were I think 8, I only ate 2 and decided these are worth taking home to enjoy another night as well. This dish was served with a side of pasta which was also delicious (as my mouth waters while writing). 5-10-25 update Another awesome dinner here at Sonoma Grill! We have yet not to score here. We started with a round of drinks at the bar where the bartender was great. We got to our seats and were blessed with an amazing server tonight, Lindsey!!!! Lindsey was awesome and lots of fun as we were deciding on what to order. Tonight I decided to go with the NY Strip steak at $32.99 +/- the steak was cooked perfectly rate and was delicious. I got this with a side of pasta too. (Don’t ask for extra $auce. Get the dollar sign, they charge for that, only negative) We also had a beautiful and delicious plate of nachos. My mother in law got the delicious and awesome lobster ravioli!!!! My wife ordered the pasta belagio with sun-dried tomatoes! And of course, you can’t forget dessert, that brownie Sunday puts you right to sleep!!!!! DELICIOUS!!!!!! For dessert we ordered the brownie Sunday, yum. Our friends ordered the flourless chocolate cake which was so enjoyed! My wife and I were so impressed by the food quality, specials and service at Sonoma grill. We look forward to going back and I mean soon!!!

Update: tried a couple of other things on the menu during my stay. This place is about speed and common already prepared ingredients and just throwing them together. Okay but as previously stated not great care with flavors or the food for the proce. Was staying at the hotel so decided to try out the restaurant. They have a decent "Italian themed" menu and some items looked unique. It was "1/2 off" pizza night, so why not? I had a bowl of the French onion soup and it was the premade frozen kind for individual serve. It was okay. The pizza was good Sicilian style a lot of breading, I got a meat lovers, basically cheese and pepperoni, enough for 2 which I took back for later. Overall okay, there were not enough servers for the crowd at the bar area, so it was pretty much self service (refills and utensils etc.) but the food came out pretty quickly. Might try something else from the menu to see if it is made with more care.

Sonoma has been a standby of mine for many years. Good food. Good service. Awesome bartenders. It can get a little loud when there's a sporting event on and the bar (where I prefer to sit) can be crowded, but I still love the place. The Brownie Sunday dessert is divine. Better not try to eat it all yourself - it's a 2 or 3 person job!

There seemed to be mixed reviews about this restaurant- but our experience was great… especially for their happy hour special! $5 beer & wine and half off pizzas 5-7pm. The pizza was enough for 2! As others have said it’s a thinker soft crust pizza- nicely loaded with cheese. The wait staff was busy on a Wednesday night around happy hour time but did well taking care of us. 2 draft beers and pizza $20- amazing price for New York! We also got to hear some singing entertainment which made it fun too!

I've been going to Sonoma Grill at both current and previous locations for over 30 years and it's always been one of the best places to go!! The food is unparalleled, always absolutely delicious and they always serve plenty on the plate. The calamari is great as is the broccoli rabe!
